Installation Steps
- 1 Confirm the wall substrate and any blocking behind the finished wall
- 2 Confirm mounting height and handing (left or right) from the toilet layout
- 3 Check for concealed pipes and wiring before drilling
- 4 Mount the back plate with anchors matched to the wall type
- 5 Attach the rail arm and pivot hardware to the back plate
- 6 Where fitted, connect the gas spring (lift assist) and check it moves smoothly through the full swing
- 7 Test that the up-position locking latch engages firmly and releases only on purpose
- 8 Check the rail folds down fully and rests square against its stopper
- 9 Tighten all fixings and repeat the fold-and-lock cycle several times
- 10 For floor-supported models, confirm the post is level and anchored before use

Applications
Hospital Toilets
Patient toilets pair fold-down rails with fixed grab bars for safe transfers.
Nursing Home Toilets
Residents get support when needed and open clearance for hoists and wheelchairs.
Rehabilitation Centers
Transfer training rooms use fold-up rails to alternate between support and open space.
Public Accessible Stalls
Heavy-use stalls keep clearance for wheelchair users while offering support on demand.
Senior Living Apartments
Compact bathrooms stay usable when the rail folds away after use.
Care Bedrooms
En-suite and washroom areas benefit from support that disappears when not needed.
Maintenance & Care
- •Keep the pivot hinge free of dust; do not lubricate with products that attract grit
- •Check the gas spring and locking latch periodically for smooth, firm operation
- •Take the rail out of use if the arm drops on its own or the latch will not hold
- •Re-check wall or floor fixings in high-use public toilets on a set schedule
- •Clean with mild detergent and a soft cloth; follow the coating care notes issued with each delivery
