Installation Steps

  1. 1 Confirm the wall substrate and any blocking behind the finished wall
  2. 2 Confirm mounting height and handing (left or right) from the toilet layout
  3. 3 Check for concealed pipes and wiring before drilling
  4. 4 Mount the back plate with anchors matched to the wall type
  5. 5 Attach the rail arm and pivot hardware to the back plate
  6. 6 Where fitted, connect the gas spring (lift assist) and check it moves smoothly through the full swing
  7. 7 Test that the up-position locking latch engages firmly and releases only on purpose
  8. 8 Check the rail folds down fully and rests square against its stopper
  9. 9 Tighten all fixings and repeat the fold-and-lock cycle several times
  10. 10 For floor-supported models, confirm the post is level and anchored before use
